The logo is meant to convey branding for lodging for fishermen, hunters and travelers to Alaska. The custom specifications were to have a Alaska silhouette with Creel in front of, a couple of lures to the side, a cartridges conveyed in the logo and possibly a rod and gun if not too busy looking and the name of lodge. After a few revisions, this is the concept we came up with in conjunction with the client. Overall the brass represents a shotgun or rifle shell/casing, the blue represents the water, and we were able to get most of the remaining components in upon the original request without having it look to busy.
