Description

3plains is looking for a Marketing Admin Assistant to support both the marketing team and the president of the company. This is an opportunity to lead and help grow our company through inbound and outbound marketing efforts.

This team member will help us grow the business, improve our products and services, streamline our processes, and take on a number of different challenges. This complex role will be dynamic and very high paced. A quick learner, with excellent organization skills, creativity, and an understanding of digital technology and computers will be ideal in this role.

Responsibilities

Client Marketing Roles

  • Assist marketing associates with client relationships beyond product launch and facilitate recurring projects
  • Assist marketing associates with ongoing client marketing campaigns
  • Assist the sales team to continue to drive business
  • Assist in filtering phone calls and emails to the appropriate team members while answering any questions our clients have

Company Marketing Roles

  • Lead ongoing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
  • Keep our website fresh with updates to our blog, portfolio, and website content
  • Update our Social Media accounts on a regular basis
  • Facilitate company-related press releases
  • Create and build email marketing campaigns to new and existing customers

Admin Roles

  • Answer phone calls, support tickets, texts, Facebook messages and multiple email boxes for the company
  • Assist with emails and phone calls for the president of the company
  • Company email administrator
  • Invoicing and billing tasks

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent technical writing and attention to detail
  • Well-versed in computer and digital software and organizational tools
  • Great communication skills and comfortable rapport with clients
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Experience with common computer software such as Office Suite, Dropbox, etc.
  • Sharp, independent thinker with a short learning curve
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Problem solver (i.e. using Google to diagnose and solve problems)

A Big Plus

  • Market Segments - Experience, passion, or understanding of the outdoors, hunting, and fishing industries
  • Online DIY Editors and CMS - Familiar with WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Weebly, Wix, Custom CMS, Magento, Godaddy, etc.
  • Web Development - Basic understanding of web development and languages like HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Sales - Inside or outside sales experience
  • Online Marketing - SEO, SEM, Local Search and PPC experience (Google AdSense, Google Adwords, Bing AdWords),
  • Reporting Software - Comfortable with reporting software such as Google Analytics, SEO Reporting, GetClicky, etc.
  • Email Marketing - Experience from software such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc
  • Social Media Marketing - Experience with Facebook Business, Instagram Business, Pinterest Business, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Video - Basic Video production and video editing
  • Design - Basic Design and Photoshop experience
