Lost Logo Files / File Recovery

How can I download my high resolution logo files, retrieve lost high resolution logo files or I am requesting high resolution logo files?

1. Owner of the Logo

Ask the owner for the high resolution logo files. After email delivery of the zip files to the logo design owner, we recommend the owner backup of the files immediately (link we send with finished logo files - Note "Backup Files" section). After delivery of the logo files, it is the owners responsibility not to lose the files. We recommend backing up files in 2 sources and in 2 locations. A few backup solutions and ideas include:

• Backup on your computer in your business documents with a separate folder called "logo".
• A online storage source like Dropbox.com or Apple iCloud.
• A external USB key and put it in your file cabinet and/or off-site.

2. Website Download

If you are a 3plains website customer and had your logo designed by 3plains, we always put your high resolution logos on your website in a downloads area of your website like this: https://www.buffalobutte.com/downloads/ Typically it's your website address with /downloads/ after your .com name.

3. Logo Design File Recovery

If you still cannot find the high resolution logo files or are someone else other than who we sent the logo files to, we charge a logo archival retrieval fee of $50. Fill out our payment form here and let us know in the comments which logo you are looking for and we will reply with a zip file of the high resolution logo files.
