Logging In / Resetting Password

For first time users of our 3plains Client Portal or if you haven't logged in yet, more than likely you have a client account with us. Please use the forgot password feature with the email you signed up with.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Logged in - Go/Click on the Navigation link called Account then click on My Profile. If you are logged into a computer, you will see a orange bar at the top and see "Account". Click Account or use the dropdown menu then click on "My Profile". In the My Profile area, you will see Reset Password and Confirm Password - that is where you reset your password.
  2. Not logged in - Use the forgot password feature in the login screen or by clicking here. That is where you will reset your password.
