Cached Style Sheet (or CSS Sheet) - Cached style sheets are a common problem and you will need to clear your cache to see updates.

DNS - Domain Name Servers.

Local ISP Cache - When new websites are launched at different hosts and servers, it is common to wait 24-48 hours to wait for your local ISP to flush their DNS cache. Local ISP's cache DNS essentially, so that your internet connection is optimized and gets quicker upload and download speeds. Local ISP's flush their cache at different rates depending on proximity to their backbone of the internet.
