Marketing Associate / Account Manager
Time Zones: PST, MST, CST, EST (North America)
3plains is looking for our next team member to help us grow the business and improve our products and services. We need a Marketing Associate and Account Manager to really help us streamline some processes and take on a number of different challenges.
Responsibilities
Client Roles
- Work directly with our clients and internal web team to develop dynamic websites and generate solid, useful content
- Manage client relationships beyond product launch and facilitate recurring projects
- Manage ongoing client marketing campaigns
- Manage existing client accounts while working with the sales team to continue to drive business
- Assist Project Manager on a daily basis
- Assist in logo and web design facilitation
- Assist in filtering phone calls and emails to the appropriate team members while answering any questions our clients have
Internal Roles
- Assist Marketing Team with ongoing internal company marketing
- Keep our website fresh with updates to our blog, portfolio, and website content
- Update our Social Media accounts on a regular basis
- Help facilitate company-related Press Releases
- Manage Email Marketing to new and existing customers
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent technical writing and attention to details
- Well-versed in computer and digital software and organizational tools
- Great communication skills and comfortable rapport with clients
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Experience with the outdoors, hunting, and fishing or all three is extremely important
- Experience with common computer software such as Office Suite, Dropbox, VPN clients, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Basic Design and Photoshop experience
- Sharp, independent thinker with a short learning curve
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
A Big Plus
- Familiar with WordPress, Custom CMS, and related applications
- Inside or outside sales experience
- Organic SEO
- Video production
- Advanced Design and Photoshop experience
- PPC experience (Google AdSense, Google Adwords, Bing AdWords)
- Comfortable with reporting software (Google Analytics, SEO Reporting)
- Email Marketing experience (MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc)
- Basic understanding of web development and languages like HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Familiar with UI best practices
