Inside Sales & Account Manager

3plains is looking for our next Inside Salesperson to help us expand our company. In this role, you will be working with leads and consulting them on their marketing needs. Your role is crucial to our success because you are responsible for acquiring new customers.
Responsibilities
- Warm calling for follow-up on internal leads.
- Continuously increases sales year over year by adding customers through lead generation and proactive networking/prospecting.
- Secures orders from existing and potential customers by means of contact via phone and email.
- Identify potential prospects through the use of web searches and databases.
- Aggressively pursue additional sales opportunities and opportunities to quote on customer requirements.
- Establishes professional customer relationships with appropriate client personnel.
- Follows up on quotations submitted to customers.
- Identifies and communicates opportunities with customers for improvement.
- Prepare reports of business transactions, current prospect opportunities, and contractual information.
- Prepare reports of business transactions and maintain and submit expense records/documents.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
